You may be tempted to look for a tiny company because you think they’ll have more time to spend on you, and that may be true. However, a company that has a history in IT support knows what they’re doing, and they’ve been doing it longer. You can see their track record in the other clients they have; ask for a few names. Do not put your trust in a company that lacks the experience and knowledge.
